Payment for solar panel installation services shall be made according to the following schedule:
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, certified check, and approved credit cards. Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.
Lozeje will provide an estimated timeline for project completion. While we strive to meet all deadlines, installation schedules may be affected by factors including weather conditions, permit processing times, equipment availability, and unforeseen site complications. We will communicate any delays promptly and work diligently to minimize project disruption.

Lozeje provides a workmanship warranty covering installation quality for a period of five (5) years from the date of project completion. Solar panels and equipment are covered by manufacturer warranties, which vary by product and will be detailed in your contract. We will assist with warranty claims throughout the applicable warranty periods.
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or failure to maintain the system according to provided guidelines.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lozeje's liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings, or business interruption.
Clients may cancel a contract within seven (7) days of signing for a full refund of any deposits paid. Cancellations made after this period but before installation commencement will incur a cancellation fee of 15% of the contract value to cover administrative costs and equipment procurement. Once installation has begun, cancellation will result in charges for all work completed and materials purchased, with any remaining balance refunded.
All designs, plans, calculations, and documentation provided by Lozeje remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use these materials solely for the installed system. Reproduction, distribution, or use of our proprietary materials for other purposes without written consent is prohibited.
We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Client information is used solely for service delivery, communication, and improvement of our offerings. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required for project completion or as mandated by law.
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution cannot be achieved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings held in Toronto, Ontario.
Lozeje shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, pandemics, equipment failures, or supplier delays. We will notify clients promptly of any force majeure events and work to resume services as soon as reasonably possible.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For ongoing projects, the terms in effect at contract signing shall govern unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.
